When Catherine and Nick founded 2G, they set out to move away from standard corporate D&B norms. Coming from fine-dining kitchens and corporate culture change backgrounds, they built 2G around a core truth: design only works if it performs effortlessly when doors open and daily service starts.
1. Hospitality built around service flow (Vieni)
Nominated in the restaurant category, Vieni reflects our operator-led approach. Kitchen layout, bar placement, and service flow were designed to support staff during peak Friday night service while maintaining an effortless atmosphere for guests.
2. Workplaces and showrooms with heart (Solus)
Recognised across both Retail and Small Office categories, the Solus Birmingham Showroom and Workspace demonstrates how modern workplaces can borrow the warmth, energy, and human connection of hospitality environments.
3. Celebrating our team (Jas Sharp)
