We were appointed to deliver a complete remodelling and extension project, working closely with BPN Architects on a transformative residential scheme. The client wanted a high-end, future-proofed home filled with cutting-edge technology and bespoke architectural details throughout.
The challenge
This was far more than a standard renovation. The brief demanded a seamless integration of luxury finishes, smart home tech, and one-of-a-kind design features—from a solid concrete staircase to a hidden room behind a bookcase door. We had to balance aesthetic ambition with technical precision across every inch of the build.

The solution
We brought the architect’s vision to life with meticulous attention to detail. The home now boasts underfloor heating, air-conditioning, solar panels, and a fully integrated smart control system. Bespoke joinery and polished concrete floors define the interiors, complemented by features like a double-sided log burner and a custom concrete sink. Outside, electric gates and full landscaping complete this unique, contemporary home.
